Hey everyone! I just wanted to share some of the pictures I recently received back from a shoot that I did for 19:30 model management. I always say that it is great working with a great team. This was a fun relaxed shoot with a great photographer and talented hair stylist. Last but not least, the beautiful Leslie was the model for the day.
My assignment was to make her look like a naturally beautiful version of herself. I had fun with this. It's always fun working with people who are gracious and kind...Leslie most definitely is that. For her foundation I used Graftobian, which is a foundation that is primarily marketed to makeup artists. You may not have heard of it, but honey, it's like butta. I love using it for photo shoots, TV and film. There is a wide range of true skin tone shades and you can achieve an exact match to someone's skin, so much so that the foundation can be almost undetectable.
I used Ben Nye banana to set the foundation. For her blush, I went with one of my favorites to make a nice natural glow, MAC peaches. This is seriously one of my most favorite and versatile blushes that I own. I also used my Kryolan commercial and TV eyeshadow palette. The colors are nice and warm and matte so they enhance the eyes without being too distracting. I also lined under her eye with a shimmery brown eye pencil. I kept her brows pretty natural. I only filled them in as needed. I subtly lined her eyes with a black liner. I contoured her lips with a brown pencil. And I used a lip gloss by Loreal on her lips.
There was perfect weather for the shoot so we were able to get some great indoor and outdoor shots. It was a success! I'm always happy to add new pictures to my portfolio.
